I am not sure what I am doing. But I found this place by accident and I thought I would at least give it a try. I am trying to figure out a way to find help for my daughter and Grandchildren. They have been ordered to live in New York after a 2 year long battle with the courts, after my daughter got the courage to take the kids and leave an abusive husband and Dad. He moved them to NY almost 4 years ago, we have found out during this court battle that he did this as part of the abuse to separate her and the kids from family and all things they knew. Now after a very long fight, he has used his family, which by the way also live in GA, and their money to keep them living in NY. The divorce is over and he is suppose to be paying child support thru the court system. However in just a year and a half or less he is close to $5000 behind on child support and now the house that my daughter and the children have been living in is being sold. He does have visits, but my daughter has full sole custody. Before the divorce was over, he had all utilities turned off, he not only is not paying child support as ordered, but he will not help in any way with the kids needs. My husband and I have spent everything we have and that my husband can work and make to try and keep them warm for 2 winters now, we make sure as much as we can that they have food and we bought Christmas for the last 2 years. Neither of us are in good health right now. She is staying part time with a friend up there just to stay warm right now. She lost her job in Sept and has not been able to find another yet, due partly to the fact that we cannot put new tires on the truck,"we left the only truck we had up there 2 years ago for them to be able to get to work and school and other whatever needs", without new tires it can not be inspected and cannot get a NY tag so she can go farther to find work. This man that calls himself their Dad, only visits with the kids as it is written by the courts and then says he really does not want them part of that time, but will take them so my daughter can not use anything against him in court again. He takes them into all kinds of not so great places and people, he let's them sleep cold at his girlfriends place in the winter, sometimes they have a bed sometimes not. It is all about control with him.

   I need to find help to get them in a place to live because they have no heat where they live now, and help getting the truck on the road and help finding her a job. Also please if nothing else please pray for them and us.  Thank You
